LEAMINGTON

Leamington was a classic renovation and extension designed by Pitrone Design to create inviting shared and private spaces for a growing family. DC Building renovated the entire existing structure, removing the rear lean to make way for two new bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The front façade has been restored while the rest of the house has been totally reworked to be liveable, smart and stylish. Polished concrete waterfall benches, exposed brick walls, stunning timber beams and the pitched ceiling made this project a joy for us to build. The home blends indoor and outdoor with spotted gum decking and floors, light pouring in through the large sliding doors and highlight windows and hydronic heating making the whole house cozy in the cooler months. This project is sure to serve the family’s needs for many years.
